[ICOM] Minimum Power for 756 PRO III

Hi,

Does anyone know what the power output is on an Icom 756 PRO III, when
the power level control is all the way down?  I am working stations on
40 using it that way, and don't have a watt meter to test with.  My watt
meter shows it well below a watt.
