[ICOM] IC-7200 interface log softwear

N1MM is free and could be used in the Expedition mode. Hopefully you 
have at least one person in your group that has used i for contesting 
and could easily instruct others. It is very commonly used for Field Day 
operations and is probably the most widely used contest logging software 
today. You probably will want an interface between the rig and the 
computer (not required but very nice) and you do not need the Icom CIV 
unit as there are less expensive alternatives and it is not overly 
difficult to build your own from instructions available on line with 
easily available parts.
