[ICOM] IC-21A Service Manual Information Wanted ( Wayback Machine Request )

Correct; no manual other than owner/operator manual. That manual outlined operating theory and a schematic (at least) was supplied. Icom assumed at that time the hams knew enough to work on them from that. US makers used the same philosophy!
