[ICOM] IC-21A Service Manual Information Wanted ( Wayback Machine Request )

Looking for any Info on a service manual for a Mid 70's vintage Icom Ic-21A 2mtr crystal controlled base unit. It could be paired with the Icom DV-Vfo . It was suggested that a service manual did not exist. my friend also has one of these and it operates around 10khz down on both tx and rx. Any help on this request appreciated.
