[ICOM] 756p3 xmit issue

Hello,
Sounds like the notorious driver problem. One driver dies, the other
one tries to do it all, then over heats, and shuts things down. Have had
that problem twice. Usually you'll find ruptured resistors, caps, or
driver transistor if you check that area of the board real close. If you
put your finger or some temp measuring device on the transistors, one will
not heat up, the other one will take off thermally.
