[ICOM] PRO 3 power issue fixed

Wow..
 
Just gave everything a once over on my p3 before shipping it off. If have  
read my thread, I have had some output issues, going from 100w down to 20 or 
 less, after abt 30 sec of operating, and, return to 100 w after it sat for 
 several minutes. 
 
Tried everything, new power cord, ect, as suggested here. Nada.
 
I popped the top cover off, and just looked for anything obvious inside,  
loose wire, discolor, ect. I checked the tightness of the phillips screws on 
the  RD100HHF output devices  ( newer Mitsubishi PA), and, lo and behold, 
ALL of  the screws were loose! I gently snugged them up, and issue is now 
gone.
