[ICOM] IC-80AD ON AA ALKALINES?

Thanks for the tip, John. I see the output voltage is 7.5V, essentially
the same as the original battery pack, and it will take a 12VDC input from
either a car battery, or (8) AA alkalines which would give me lots of
battery time.
I'll give it a try.
