[ICOM] 756 PROIII audio bleed thru with Dual Watch

When using the 756 PROIII SPLIT and with the DUAL WATCH I get some 
serious bleed thru of strong signals from the split freq to the main 
freq even with the balance control fully CCW. I had it repaired once but 
it keeps getting worse again. I talked to one of the Icom reps at a 
convention and he claimed he was unaware of this being a problem? Is 
this a common problem? I don't always believe the factory people's answers.
