Remove the computer and CI-V connections to the radio. Test the Radio into a 50 Ohm load. If it works correctly, then retest, and add one cable at a time until it begins to act up again. Leave the amp off during these tests. You should also verify the power cord for good connection to the radio and the inline fuses.
