[ICOM] IC-761 Rotary Encoder Binding Up - New Knob Problem/Additional Info

A bit of extra info. When I tighten the knob set screw back onto the shaft and rotate the knob, the frequency no longer changes. Something inside the encoder must be displaced or no longer rotating.

Sure wish I had just left the knob off.
