[ICOM] Icom 730 LSB OSC question

OK Ken, I am with you now. It sounds like the problem started around the time you installed the FL-44A. It's a good place to start, by ruling out the FL-44A.

I have installed and removed many FL-44A's and have never seen a bad one (yet). Maybe just my luck, though, as I have had a few FL-30's go bad.
