[ICOM] SP-20 Speaker - How to Clean Switch Contacts ?

Hi,
I have a couple of SP-20 Speakers. Both are older than 15 years.
Most of the push-button switches have become noisy and the contacts need to be cleaned.

Has anyone figured out a good way to clean these switch contacts?
