[ICOM] ICOM 7410 & its two filters

The following may be blown smoke :-) but a design engineer I happened to talk to toldme that ICOM's choice of 3khz and 6khz was probably based on the algorithms they are employing for their DSP processor.  Lesser windows than that, and the algorithms would not work as well.  Using either roofing filter still allows the 7410 to simulate efficient butmore narrow band widths for cw, rtty & ssb work.  It sounded reasonable to me.  I don't think they chose those bandwidths for no reason.
