[ICOM] IC-208H question

Have a look at Page 30 of the IC-208 instruction manual. Seems to me you
placed the radio into a memory channel to call channel transfer mode.
Page 30 is all I can find about this tonight. Icom did swing over to hiding
un-programmed memory channels some years ago and this also could be that
indication. Example: possibly the first 10 memories show up in memory mode
empty or programmed out of the box but memory 11 will never show unless you
choose it during the memory programming operation. If so you need to know
what was your last programmed memory channel before you choose the next one.
It's easy to rewrite a programmed memory channel during the front panel
programming operation.

Hope some or all of this helps..

Subject: [ICOM] IC-208H question

Every once in a while, I manage to get my IC-208H to where it shows "--"
where the memory numbers should be, when in memory mode.  I manage to get it
straightened out, but forget to write down the "fix"!  I can't seem to find
anything in the instruction manual about it.  Can some one help me please?
Thanks and 73 - George, N9EJS
