Hi Ed!

There are a couple of toggle adjustments in the set menu, both of which I've tried.  Good to hear from you again!

Isn't there an adjustment in the set menu? Been a long time since I have
messed with one.

Subject: [ICOM] ICOM IC-208H mic gain question

I've had two IC-208H microphones and I get reports of low mic gain.  I've
tried the different settings referred to in the owner's manual, without much
reported difference.  I've also opened the insulation behind the aperture in
the mic itself.  Is there an internal pot adjustment, or part replacement
that can be used for this purpose?   I'm also looking for about a 2 ft.
coiled mic 8-conductor cable for the HM-133 on it also!
Thanks and 73 - George, N9EJS
