[ICOM] Comment about IC208 manual

My point was not to undercut anyone. I download manuals all the time as that 
is my business of repairing amateur equipment. If someone wants to pay for 
manual that is just fine. I know that there are those who want original 
manuals and that is just fine. I do not pay for manuals when they are free.

Just read my Digest version of Icom.  Bob, not really cool (or should I say
your post was COLD) to essentially undercut someone!  Ralph was charging a
fantastic price.and there are a few of us around that still like to have the
OEM manuals.

Both are free.
