[ICOM] PS-85 Manual Re: Icom Digest, Vol 10, Issue 101

There are other manuals, some with schematics, on that ICOM-JP site. I must
have had a senior moment as I remember the PS-85 as non switching.
Regardless, the supply I repaired was for a friend so I don't own one.
