[ICOM] PS-85 manual

Hello,
Last week, upon power on,  my PS-85 blinked a few times and then a loud
"pak". My 706 was not affected, it now runs on a linear power supply.

Before I start checking out the PS-85 internals, where may I download a
manual? I don't remember seeing its schematic, if there was one.

Has anyone tried gopdfs.com, I am not at ease downloading their .exe file.
 I assumed it would be a pdf file.
