[ICOM] RC-10 Frequency Controller

I have owned one but think a much better solution is the Piexx UX-14
clone.  $139 but adds band stacking registers and CI-5 interface like the
76x and later Icoms.  This allows computer control.  Take a look at eham
reviews and their web site.
