[ICOM] IC-7800 CI-V Commands

I plan to enable my station to be operated remotely, and have been
wondering how to turn the transceiver power on from TRX-Manager
control software.  

I don't see an iCOM CI-V command to turn the IC-7800 on from the
Remote port.  How are other TRX-Manager users turning on their
transceivers remotely?

Is the iCOM Timer function the only way to turn the IC-7800 power on
other than pressing the Power button manually?

Apparently there are no CI-V Timer commands supported by the IC-7800.
