[ICOM] No longer supported radios

    The NB in the 706 rigs was notorious for being poor from the very 
beginning. . The DSP in the MKIIG was quite a bit better but not great 
either.
    One problem with stuff made in JA (other than vehicles) is good luck 
getting parts more than a few years after they are out of production. 
The monochrome screen in the 756PRO has been unavailable for some time 
and is a common failure. On cars sold in the US market, the manufacturer 
is required to stock parts for a good number of years.
