[ICOM] What happened to Adam.

Well - here is a story for you. Adam and I are still communicating because
of our dogs - I have a working Great Dane (we did two schools this week) and
Adam has a rescue Boxer (Maxie). I just dropped him a note one day saying I
had not seen a post from him on the reflector in some time.
Adam's answer was that he went on a vacation. While he was away he
unsubscribed from all his reflectors, When he came back he just didn't
re-subscribe.
As tightly as Dick runs this one, I can't imagine Adam not coming back here
if he came back anywhere. But it is what it is, and he is still alive and
doing well.
When I was thinking of a Pro-3, it was Adam who suggested I think long and
hard about making that change. Other than a scare when my surge protector
blew up and I thought it was the 781, I believe he was right. My 781 has
worked flawlessly. With the dust storms and static we get here, I certainly
have not been impressed by the reports of all the issues recently posted on
this reflector.
Anyway - Adam is well.
Dick - didn't I pull this nicely on to at least some topic of ICOM? <grin>.

HEY - PLEASE vote for my QSL card. www.arrlwgd.org/contest Thanks.
