[ICOM] Excellent price on PRO3

It had a better and more extensive bare-bones filter system and it has both
Passband Tuning and IF Shift.  Mind you, I added an AM filter and a 500Hz
CW filter.  But those are the only additions.

Once I had to replace the driver transistors and I've done the cap
replacement.  There are a couple of very minor problems that annoy me only
slightly but it has helped me to work every current country except P5 (and
that's a story about the one that got away) for a total of 358 worked and
confirmed.

And other than desiring a matched set of UP/DOWN buttons (only for the
aesthetics) there's nothing needed for the '761.

I agree about spending money on the antennas instead.  Always a better
investiment-other than the PRO3 will do 6m where your 761 won't.  How is
the 761 better than the 765?
