[ICOM] AT500 problem

Thank you, Mike, KD9KC for your help. I checked the voltage from the
bandswitch and efectively was not shown, cleaned the fiber bandswitch wafer
with isoprop alcohol and the tuner is working again 100%. As maintenance I
cleaned all other wafers, too, they had a lot of dirt.
