[ICOM] [GMC] Icom 756 PROIII bleed thru of DUAL WATCH to MAIN vfo

Doug,
    I've not noticed anything else that was affected (good or bad). 
There is now no bleed thru of the DUAL WATCH signals to the main VFO  
after the fix and I was using it in some good pileups on the 3C0E. The 
rig worked like this when I first got it and the bleed thru came on 
gradually and was pretty bad before the fix.
