Bert; Are you sure this is due to CI-V or band voltage levels changing? Do you still notice the effect when you transmit into a Dummy load instead of an antenna? Also is your line voltage stable when you are transmitting? There is also the possibility of RF getting into the CI-V line of the 746.

Hi guys,
I have a problem with my 746 (not PRO). The CI-V levels from the 746 for
band switching, in this case hooked up to an IC-2KL and AT500, is low on a
few bands.
When transmitting on SSB it seems like the 2KL is trying to switch to
another band, i.e. working on 20M the LED for 15M is flickering. Can the
CI-V levels in the 746 be adjusted? Any ideas? Thanks.
