[ICOM] Icom IC-2KL

I have an IC-2KL from a friend that has the power transistor's protection
diode MV5W replaced with a normal unmarked silicon diode, I have been
looking for MV5W datasheet without luck, anybody can tell me what kind of
diode can replace the original one? I wonder the one in place at the moment
does not work.
