[ICOM] PRO III and shut down

Jay...  Sent you an email off line...  Yes, the fan of PRO III  DOES come on 
during transmit.  Appears I have an intermittant short somewhere on the 
driver/PA final area of rig. I have email Kuni about his suggestions.
THANKS to all who have responded. Going away for 3 days so will put 
"reflector" to sleep during that time.

Have U confirmed that the fan starts the instant rig goes into XMIT?

My Pro III with FET finals had similar problem dropping to 5W and eventually 
one of the finals shorted & then I had zero output.
