San,
I had the drivers go out on my 756 Pro but they didn't come back after a
cool down period. Thank goodness for a backup rig Hi Hi...Running a 7600
and 4KL amp, no trouble for 12 years now with the 4KL (knock on wood). 73,
Jim

Not running ALC and it is not running OK barefoot except for a few seconds
and then shuts down. Have to turn off the PS and PRO and turn back on in
5-10 minutes for it to "cool down" or whatever and then it's good for about
15 seconds of xmit. When it goes off and if I leave the PS on , I might go
back in 30 minutes and it will try to put out power for another 15 seconds
and shuts down again. Again, this is barefoot. So I will just send it off to
Kuni I guess and miss my RTTY QSOs and not use the Titan. Will go back to
the old trusted 781 and the Amp Supply 3 tune 3-500Z amp. Never have
problems with my rigs so this was a surprise. I think either RF got back
into the rig today from the Titan amp OR the drivers just are getting heated
up and then shut down. Turning off for a few minutes will let all be OK for
a few short xmissions.
San again, have great 4th on Wednesday.

San, If the radio works Ok barefoot, then sounds like the ALC circuit in the
amp is shutting down the Pro III. Jim / w0hfg
