[ICOM] Garbled receive on lower bands

I've had similar success with the same method Bob. I did it first with an IC 737, then a IC 761 and this past weekend with a IC 765.

Also had that problem on my 751A (bought new in 1988). Tore into with
intention of marking the caps and turning back and forth, as has been
suggested in the past. Ended up fixing without that measure by loosening
and tightening all screws on boards (some were loose), and reseating all
board connectors. Has been working as original for couple of
months. Worth a try.
