[ICOM] Repair an IC-781?

A couple of other places to try that might work on a 781 is LPC wireless in 
Florida and Land Air Communications in NY.  Both get very good reviews on 
eham.net.  You can find the email links there.

Why do most places not want to work on the 781?  Parts availability?  Too 
big to pack and ship both ways?
