Jay,
Don't know if this will be of any interest to you, but I found a
IC-756ProiiiServiceManual2007.pdf somewhere on the internet, don't
remember where. Just checked it, it shows the drivers as being
RD15HVF-1 FETs. It a full service manual, with parts, layouts,
voltages, it's a 29 mb file in a zip, that you can unzip into a pdf
file. I was looking at a Pro3, wanted to see what I could find, and
found this, along with a earlier Proiii service manual. It may have
been the German site that has lot of Icom and other stuff on it, but
can't remember for sure. It has a very long file name, something
like "IC-756PRO3_Service_manual_REVISED_June_2007 at magfmegfld.zip" on
the download site. Wouldn't mind sending it to you, but not sure how
I could upload a 29 meg file via my email, think Gmail limits me to
something like 8 meg. Let me know if I can help you.
