[ICOM] PRO III bias setting

I trust this repair person totally. Since many rigs drivers call for 
different idle current, he just wanted  to know what Icom specifically 
recommended, instead of just setting the voltage the same as the good 
driver. Both are about 5.3 volts now. He knows how to make the driver 
adjustments, as I do, via the 2 pots but, knowing that production runs are 
not equal to others,  he wanted to set to the Icom current specs. That's 
all. Thanks.  Will look at the like on manual download.

If you are having one driver replaced then the person replacing the driver
should know how to make those adjustments.  If they don't/can't then I would
not have let them near my radio.
