Try Scott Malcom at Malcom Technical Support.  E-mail him with your problem
first - he may be able to help you repair it without it going in.  If he
can't help you fix it, plenty of time to negotiate sending it in.

You couldn't do much better than Scott - you could do a whole lot worse.
