[ICOM] How much power does an IC-7600 put out with RF Power = 0

On my IC-7600, when I turn my RF Power knob all they way CCW, the PO
meter barely moves.  Can anyone guess how much power output this would
be (at the radio)? I don't have an external watt meter with the
resolution needed to determine this?

The reason I ask is that I've worked several DX stations this way, so
I'm curious as to about how much power the radio is producing.  I've
done the same thing with my IC-756 series radios.
