[ICOM] IC-7000

Has anyone had a suppressed receive issue with the Icom IC-7000 rig? 
Right out of the box mine seemed to have suppressed receive on both HF 
and VHF/UHF. I was listening around 14300KHz this evening and there was 
what sounded like a station just spattering 20m like crazy. Couldn't 
pinpoint the signal anywhere near 14303KHz, where the signal seemed to 
be centered. Finally found the culprit at 14356.7KHz. The IC-7000 was 
connected directly to the antenna so there were no issues with losses 
from multiple connections.

Decided to connect the antenna back to the MFJ-949e antenna tuner and 
listen on the IC-718. The result was a perfectly received signal on the 
IC-718 with a strength of S9. On the IC-7000 there was no S-meter signal 
strength with the antenna tuner in by-pass or directly connected to the 
antenna.

Any suggestions?
