[ICOM] Dick Offline For A Bit

As some may have noticed I am back at the helm of the 
reflector.  Steve Lewis has my heartfelt thanks for watching over the 
flock during my absence.

Thanks especially to whomever left the half-sandwich in the frig.  It 
was welcome after a long trip.  :)
