[ICOM] 706 and 745

Likely Icom never had that coil in the US. Unless its a commonly 
replaced part they would never order it.
Coilcraft comes to mind.  See if there is a manufacturers name imprinted 
on the can of the coil or others in the 745.
the factory probably never put the manufacturers name in the service 
manual. You know the inductance of the coil?
maybe change up your search for tunable IF stage transformers etc you 
might find some results.
possible Kuni Okuma or Scott Malcom might have a scrap IC-745 they could 
grab that coil out of.
