[ICOM] IC 756 display swap out

Hi Roger:
It's not even close to an alphanumeric
It is difficult to do and you have to have the correct replacement display. 
So it is easier and safer in the long run to send it to an experienced shop.
The IC 756 here is the main artillery and I'n not ready to retire it.
