[ICOM] R-71A audio Problem

The IC-R71A also has the very same VCO as many of the older Icoms have.
Most generally distorted audio is caused by a faulty VCO trimmer cap.
If you change out one do them all there are 4 VCO trimmer caps. You may
get by checking and possibly doing a realignment on the R-71A's VCO
section. if a cap is faulty it may not last long however.
There could be other issues causing this too like a faulty power supply,
bad BFO crystal, BFO crystal trimmer cap, voltage regulator etc.
