[ICOM] Icom R-8500 PLL Problem

Thanks, Adam.

The problem I have is different that his (at least I think so), in 
that it is simply the blinking display, that I think indicates a PLL 
problem.

I hate to send it out for repair, especially if it is something simple.

However, if a PLL is unlocked, I would think it would only be one PLL, 
and would work on some frequencies and not others.  That is why I am 
wondering if I am missing a jumper, or something simple like that.
