[ICOM] IC-7000

I have owned an Icom IC-7000 for several years and

finally tried 2 meter SSB with it.  I got terrible reports

saying the audio was breaking up and hard to understand.

It does not seem to be the mike since it works well on

2m FM and HF SSB .... just 2 meter SSB is bad.  Has

anyone else on the reflector run into this problem??

Does anyone have an idea on how to fix it??
