[ICOM] IC PS-35 Problem

I did a quick google search using upc1042c as the search item and got 
538 hits. Several companies say they have them in stock in large 
quanties over 100 pieces, not sure what is a minimum order though and 
the data sheets are available. The data sheet says NEC made the IC.
I think IC-1 is long gone from Icom's parts. Never really saw a theory 
of operation on the PS-35 and did not do any work on them during my 11 
years there.
