[ICOM] SWR tuning issue with IC-706MkIIG

Update.

(After doing a CPU reset) Now the rig won't key the transmitter in CW mode
(though I can hear the sidetone).  Still no display of SWR.  I removed the
autotuner and I'm manually tuning the antenna... no difference.

...very frustrated.
