[ICOM] New ICOM Rig

Regardless of the price of the new unit, does this not pose a rather sticky 
problem for ICOM...what's to become of the 7800's and 7700's currently sitting 
idle on HRO/AES shelves and elsewhere? 


Is there an "outlet mall" for ham transceivers?! [he asked, tongue in cheek].

For those unable to afford the new "daylight to dusk" rig, will this encourage 
ICOM to lower the prices on the 7800's thru 7600 series, just to move the 
lagging inventory?
