I have the K2 and it scores very high using www.sherweng.com measurements
(and ARRL test lab) and I've learned "numbers" aren't everything!!

exactly your operating preferences , habits , and financial abilities were.
For a good look at what each rigs numbers are, take a look at Bob Sherwoods
web site and look at his www.sherweng.com
The numbers on the Elecraft K-3 and Yaesu FT-5000 both look quite good. Also
the Icom 7800, and 7700.
