Rich and all,

Thank you for the education related to the JIS screws.  This is very 
valuable
information for any DIY type.
You mentioned Moody Tools.  I did find them and the JIS screw driver kit. I
like to buy only quality tools.  Are the Moody screw drivers high quality?
