[ICOM] 7800 and 7600

This was the first big disappointment when I switched from my Kenwood
TS-950SDX to the Pro III. I was accustomed to having independent audio
RX channels for my two RTTY decoders. That's impossible on the Icom's
except for the 7800.
The second disappointment was how noisy the fan(s) were in the Pro III
and its PS-125 power supply. Even though I'm "half deaf", the roar from
these fans is very distracting and annoying.
