Another option to remove 'frozen' screws is to use heat. Not a torch!
Use a soldering iron with a small pointed tip. Insert the tip into the
center of the Phillips
screw and get the screw very warm/mildly hot. Allow it to cool and repeat
the heating. In
between the heating apply a drop of liquid wrench or Blaster. 2 - 3 heating
cycles ought
to do the trick.

Those screws are much to small to use an impact extractor on them. My
suggestion would be to put a small drop of Blaster or some such on the screw
and let it soak for a couple of minutes.
