[ICOM] [ic7800] Needed - Icom's new CI-V CAT command list

I've emailed you copies of the ic7600 and ic7800 firmware update
documentation released last December.

The new firmware allows transceiver control applications to monitor the
state of Split, and to send CW; it does not enable such applications to
determine which VFO is currently selected, or monitor the state of "Dual
Watch".

Early this year Icom amended its CI-V protocol instructions to include new
commands for reading VFOs and controlling split operation in its new ic7600
and v2.3 of microcode for the ic7800. (and, I suspect, to get its RS-BA1
Remote Control software working properly). If anyone has a copy of those new
commands I sure would appreciate a copy.
